1. Who we are

Sutton Wealth is a program of Sutton Group Realty Services Ltd. ("Sutton"), powered by Cornerstone Platform Inc. ("Cornerstone"). In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Sutton and Cornerstone together, as the two organizations that run Sutton Wealth.

We have designated a privacy officer who is accountable for our compliance with this policy and with applicable privacy law. You can reach the privacy officer at privacy@viewcornerstone.com.

2. Scope

This policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit suttonwealth.com, request early access through a form on this site, or email us at info@suttonwealth.com.

The Sutton Wealth portfolio itself runs on the Cornerstone Portfolio service at cornerstoneportfolio.app. When you use that service, the Cornerstone Portfolio privacy policy applies.

We handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, in British Columbia, the Personal Information Protection Act (BC PIPA).

3. What we collect

3.1 If you are a real estate professional

When you request early access, we collect your first and last name, email address, mobile number, and the name of your Sutton brokerage.

3.2 If you are a homeowner

When you request early access, we collect your first and last name, email address, and the address and city of your property and of any other properties you choose to add. We also ask whether you already work with a Sutton real estate professional. If you do, we collect their name.

3.3 Information collected automatically

• With each request, we record the page you sent it from and the date.
• Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.
• We measure how the site is used, such as page visits and button clicks, with an analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not identify you.
• The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser shares your IP address with Google when a page loads.

3.4 Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores a small note in your browser during your visit, such as which page you came from, so links take you back to the right place. It is not used to identify you.

4. How we use personal information

We use personal information to:

• Respond to your early access request and contact you about it, including to arrange a call.
• If you are a real estate professional, set up your access to Sutton Wealth and help you build your first client portfolio.
• If you are a homeowner, help prepare your portfolio, and connect you with the Sutton real estate professional you named or introduce you to one.
• Send you updates about Sutton Wealth. You can stop these at any time (section 9).
• Understand how the site is used as a whole, so we can improve it.
• Keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

5. Sharing and disclosure

5.1 Between Sutton and Cornerstone

Sutton and Cornerstone share the information in section 3 with each other only to run Sutton Wealth for you.

5.2 With your Sutton real estate professional

If you are a homeowner, we share your name, email address, and property details with the Sutton real estate professional you named, or the one we introduce you to, and their brokerage, so they can help prepare your portfolio.

5.3 Service providers

We use service providers to run the site and handle requests, as described in section 6. They process personal information on our instructions under contract.

5.4 Legal requirements

We may disclose personal information where required by law, such as in response to a court order, subpoena, or lawful request by a public authority, or where necessary to protect our legal rights or the safety of others.

5.5 Business transfers

If Sutton or Cornerstone is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice of any change in ownership or in how your personal information is handled.

6. Service providers

We use service providers in these categories:

• Customer relationship management, to store and manage early access requests (HubSpot)
• Website hosting and analytics (Vercel)
• Email and web fonts (Google)

Each provider is bound by contract to process personal information only to provide its service to us. A current list of our service providers is available on request.

7. Cross-border transfers

Personal information may be stored and processed in Canada and the United States. When personal information is processed outside your province or country, it remains subject to this policy, and it may be subject to access by courts, law enforcement, and national security authorities in the jurisdiction where it is processed.

8. Retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes in section 4. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (section 9).

We protect personal information with technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections to this site and access limited to the people who run Sutton Wealth. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach of security safeguards creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected people and the relevant regulators as required by applicable law.

9. Your rights and choices

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Ask us to delete your information.
• Withdraw consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your information, subject to legal and contractual restrictions. Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to respond to your request.
• Stop receiving updates about Sutton Wealth, by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to info@suttonwealth.com.
• Ask questions or make a complaint to our privacy officer, to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or, in British Columbia, to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

To exercise these rights, email privacy@viewcornerstone.com. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within the timelines required by applicable law.

10. Children

This site is not directed at individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the updated version here, and the date at the top of the policy will show when it last changed.
